This is a ceramic Piezo vibration disc sensor, it is an analog sensor and can work with any microcontroller with analog to digital converter like PIC microcontroller, Arduino or even Raspberry Pi and many more.

 When the piezoelectric ceramic receive a vibration, it will generate an electrical signal.

It can be used to detect vibrations like in alarm system or as an electronic drum.
